Have you checked out UniGetUI? It works on Windows 10 and 11. -- Windows 8 and older are NOT supported.

It's a GUI for several Windows package managers at once.
UniGetUI is an intuitive GUI for the most common CLI package managers on Windows 10 and 11, including WinGet, Scoop, Chocolatey, pip, npm, .NET Tool, PowerShell Gallery, and more. With UniGetUI, you can discover, install, update, and uninstall software from multiple package managers through one interface.
It's also able to update many, but not all, of any installed ssApps. Very neat app.
For any ssApps that should not be updated, for one reason or another, they can be very easily set to be ignored by UniGetUI.
