.. So it only has English , as I downloaded a movie that is not avaliable in the USA other than buying into a sub . that is dumb to watch 1 movie.

I want to get rid of the Portuguese (BR) as I do not like dealing with why is in another language when it was a English made movie , anyways .

What is the best way to remove any audio language from a movie and keep the original quality to 100% as is ?

mkvToolNIX - this is the best tool for working on Video's streams, just set the default and remove the others and save it as a job, run job queue, then you'll only have the one video, one audio and one subtitle track (if one was included).
 
....or just switch the audio track in your media player (DUAL is in the title!). VLC has been the go to player for a long time, but most of the other ones out there allow it, too. mkvToolNIX is a brilliant program and I use it often along with gMKVExtract, SubtitleEdit, and Handbrake. Also MediaInfo (in most of the LastOSs) which will sit at the top of your context menu helps with details like how many and what kind of audio streams, sub streams, and of course the codecs and res,.
And not to judge, but that file is over 5GB and unless you have a very large screen to put it on, well, I found this, The.Last.Stand.of.Ellen.Cole.2024.720p.WEB-DL.HEVC.x265.mkv which comes in at 343MB, a whopping difference. Though, of course, the frame rate is wayyyy lower, one Eng audio stream, and 2 Eng subs ( one is SDH), but very watchable.. Will upload it to Mega, or rapigator links if desired. send pm. I have actually forgot the name of these tools from years back , I will see if I have a version local , I know where to find it if not hehe :) .
 
@DonDamm , I approved your post above it was in que for whatever reason for approval . I use Media player black and I do not use it much anyways with what happened in this last year , been hard , but rebuilding slowly at least :) .
 
So, if you load your video with dual audio tracks in MPC-black and then Pause it, click on Play in the Menu above, near the bottom click on Audio which should have a flyout, and there you should see both tracks with the first one being the Default which in your case seems to be Brazilian Portuguese, so click on the second one and Bob’s your uncle! :^)
 
Yes I can do that to ever movie or tv series I have but when they run back to back binging , it is not convienent to have to do it for 100's of video files for each file to have english language . Remove the unwanted and done for me ..
 
got it! mkvToolNix is your friend, then. I use it a lot to replace, re-order, or add subtitles which you can do with the audio and visual channels as well. I find about 90% of the subtitles I run into, even the so-called professionally done ones, are replete with things that need to be fixed. Even if they are minor such as not using the curved or printer’s apostrophes or quotation marks. Then the inconsistent use of the comma with the word “too” when used to mean also, and so on. Hope it works out well for you. :^)
